Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Lead, located in Gurugram. The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing customer accounts, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include training and mentoring sales team members, identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing effective sales processes. The role also involves working closely with other teams to achieve business growth objectives while delivering exceptional value to clients.


Qualifications

  • 3-4 Years of experience working in Sales.
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management for achieving targets, monitoring performance, and developing sales strategies
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to enhance performance and align with organizational goals
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in renewable energy or B2B sales is a plus
