We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead to drive our inbound sales efforts for the UK & US market. This role requires managing a team working in all shifts, ensuring strong pipeline generation, and aligning closely with international sales teams.
Shift Timing:
- UK Shift (IST): 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- US Shift (IST): 6:30 PM - 4 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of SDRs focused on the UK/US region
- Drive outbound prospecting strategies tailored to the UK/US market
- Ensure consistent achievement of team targets (meetings, SQLs, pipeline)
- Coach team members on cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting aligned with UK audience behavior
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and daily activities (calls, emails, connect rates)
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product/Tech teams for client campaigns and customizations.
- Work closely with SDRs to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion
- Optimize outreach cadences, scripts, and processes for better conversion
- Maintain CRM hygiene and generate performance reports for leadership
- Conduct regular training, shadowing sessions, and performance reviews
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development / Business Development (preferably SaaS)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling or leadership role
- Proven experience working with UK/US markets
- Strong understanding of inbound sales strategies and buyer personas in the UK/US
- Excellent communication skills with neutral/accent adaptability for UK/US clients
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
