Compensation: Up to 12 LPA
₹6 LPA fixed + up to ₹6 LPA in performance incentives

Role Description
Kaizeng is looking for a driven Sales Lead to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close high-value projects across interiors, retail fit-outs, branding, and project management services. The role involves generating leads, pitching solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating commercials, and coordinating with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth handovers. The ideal candidate understands B2B sales, has strong communication and follow-up skills, and can independently manage the pipeline from prospecting to closure. You should be target-oriented, proactive, well-organized, and confident in meeting architects, brands, agencies, and business owners. Experience in construction, interiors, fit-outs, or allied services is preferred. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for fostering client relationships and addressing inquiries effectively
- Sales and Sales Management capabilities to develop lead pipelines and track performance against sales goals
- Experience in Training team members on sales processes and best practices to ensure knowledge-sharing and efficiency
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic client and market needs
- Familiarity with project management or real estate/retail industries is advantageous
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
