Guavasure is building a digital-first platform for pet wellness, pet identity solutions for pet parents across India.
Weāre looking for a customer-focused, high-energy team member to help guide pet parents through our onboarding experience and support them throughout their journey on the platform.
This is an inbound-focused role where youāll speak with pet parents who have already shown interest in Guavasureās wellness and protection offerings.
What Youāll Do
- Call and follow up with inbound leads
- Support pet parents over phone and WhatsApp
- Help customers understand Guavasure memberships, wellness benefits, and onboarding processes
- Guide customers through digital onboarding and documentation
- Coordinate with customers during the enrollment journey
- Build trust and deliver a smooth customer experience
- Track interactions and updates in CRM systems
- Work closely with the founding team on customer operations and growth
What Weāre Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers daily
- Organized, empathetic, and proactive
- Prior customer support, inside sales, or onboarding experience is a plus
- Comfort with digital tools and WhatsApp-based communication
