About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly connected Sales Lead to drive enterprise and government business growth for our Patna Data Center operations.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong regional enterprise network, deep understanding of the Bihar and Jharkhand market landscape, and proven expertise in managing strategic customer relationships across enterprise and government segments.
This role requires a strong sales leader with the ability to drive business development, lead strategic engagements, and build long-term customer partnerships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise and government sales initiatives for the Patna Data Center business
- Drive new business acquisition and strategic account growth across Bihar and Jharkhand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, government stakeholders, IT heads, and key decision-makers
- Identify opportunities for Data Center, Cloud, Managed Services, and Digital Infrastructure solutions
- Develop regional go-to-market strategies and business growth plans
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Lead strategic customer discussions, commercial negotiations, and solution positioning
- Work closely with internal solutioning, operations, and leadership teams
- Track market intelligence, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the region
- Support ecosystem partnerships with enterprises, system integrators, telecom providers, and technology partners
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 15–20 years of experience in Enterprise Sales / Strategic Account Management
- Strong preference for candidates from Bihar or Jharkhand with deep regional market understanding
- Strong exposure to Enterprise and Government account management
- Established network across enterprise customers, government bodies, and regional business ecosystems
- Prior experience in IT/ITES, System Integrators, Telecom, Cloud, Managed Services, or Data Center businesses
- Proven track record in hunting and managing large strategic accounts
- Strong CXO-level engagement and relationship management experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a high-growth and fast-paced business environment
