Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Sales Lead. This on-site and travelling based on need. The role is based in Bengaluru and involves developing and managing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, leading sales initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Lead will collaborate with the Customer Service and Training teams to ensure the effective implementation of sales campaigns and provide excellent service to clients.
the primary objective are in field of allergy and other immunology care.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- Ability to lead Training sessions and coach team members on sales strategies and best practices.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office tools, with a focus on tracking sales and customer interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the healthcare or medical industry is an advantage.
