Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Lead with 3 to 5 years of experience. The Sales Lead is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks will include managing sales processes, providing training support, collaborating with clients to address their needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves liaising with teams to refine sales strategies and contribute to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams, and a preference for the Edutech Industry.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and meet targets
- Experience in delivering and supporting Training programs to align with client needs
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in the technology sector, particularly in AI, Data Science, or Cloud Computing, is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
