About Us
Momentum Minerals imports natural flake graphite, beneficiates it at our plant in India, and sells to domestic and international buyers. Our customers are in refractories, crucibles, lubricants, carbon brushes, and allied industries. We are small and nimble and hungry to take our current sales "momentum" grow faster. No layers, no politics.
The Role
We need someone who can sell graphite. Not "drive strategic synergies" — actually get on calls, visit buyers, close orders, and grow accounts.
You will own the entire sales function. That means building your own pipeline in refractories, expandable graphite, crucibles, and related segments. You'll work directly with the founders. If you grow the business, you grow with it — in scope, in earnings, and in role.
This is not a role where you wait for leads to come in. You go find them.
What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years selling graphite, carbon, refractory raw materials, or industrial minerals in India. You know how this market works — who buys, how they buy, and what matters to them.
- An existing network in refractories, foundries, crucible manufacturers, or similar end-use industries would be a serious advantage.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, factory visits, and converting skeptical procurement teams.
- Self-starter who doesn't need a playbook handed to them. We'll give you direction, not a script.
- Willingness to travel domestically to meet buyers.
- Hindi and English fluency. Regional languages are a plus.
What We're Not Looking For
- Someone who needs a large team, big budgets, and established brand pull to function.
- Someone waiting for a promotion in a large company and looking for a title upgrade. We care about results, not designations.

Compensation: Fixed + performance-linked incentive. We'll structure it so it works for the right person.
