Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Lead – Government Business to drive revenue growth from State Government Departments, PSUs, Smart City initiatives, Police Departments, Education, and other public-sector organizations.

The role demands strong experience in state-level government account management.


Key Responsibilities

·        Drive government business development in the assigned state capital region

·        Identify and track upcoming tenders via GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals

·        Manage complete tender lifecycle: pre-bid meetings, documentation, bid submission, and follow-ups

·        Develop and maintain relationships with key government officials and stakeholders

·        Coordinate with OEM partners and internal technical teams for solution design

·        Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations

·        Achieve regional revenue targets

·        Maintain pipeline forecasting and management reporting

·        Ensure smooth post-order coordination with project execution teams


Required Experience & Skills

·        5–6 years of experience in Government / PSU Sales

·        Strong knowledge of GeM portal and tender documentation process

·        Experience selling IT Infrastructure, CCTV Surveillance, Access Control, and Biometric Systems

·        Experience in handling large projects.

·        Strong local network within state government departments

·        Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

·        Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
