Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Patna for a Sales position with incentives and no sales target. In this role, you will engage potential clients, provide product and service information, assist with inquiries, and guide clients through the sales process. Responsibilities include effective communication with clients, offering exceptional customer service, managing leads, providing training to customers as needed, and contributing to the growth of the organization's sales.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and resolving client concerns effectively.
- Competence in Sales and Sales Management to drive client acquisition and manage sales activities efficiently.
- Experience in delivering client-focused Training to ensure customers fully utilize products and services.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute to organizational success actively.
- Prior work experience in sales or customer interactions is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a proactive attitude.
