Compensation
- Fixed Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month** (Hourly rate applied**)
- Variable Commission: Up to ₹20,000/month (performance-based)
- Working Hours: 07:00 AM – 3:00 PM IST
- Working Hours commitment: Minimum 20 hours per week
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Executive (Medical Sales).
- Qualifications:
- Strong skills in sales, client relationship management, and B2B communication (Good to have)
- Competence in content creation, market research, and data-driven decision-making
- Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to work remotely
- Key Responsibilities:
- Make 50 outbound calls per day to dental/medical clinics.
- Explain and promote the company's product & services
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to close sales.
- Maintain lead data and track progress in CRM tools.
- Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer acquisition preferred — but freshers are welcome to apply!
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
