Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Internship role based in Indore. As a Sales Intern at The Cocofond, you will support the sales team with developing client relationships, managing customer inquiries, and identifying new sales opportunities. Responsibilities will include assisting with customer service, participating in sales training programs, and contributing to achieving sales targets under the guidance of sales leadership. The role requires active participation in understanding customer needs and promoting product offerings effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide exceptional service.
- Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management practices to aid in generating and managing sales opportunities.
- Enthusiasm for learning and participating in Sales Training programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the sales team’s success.
- Organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of the beauty or personal care industry is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
