Internship Opportunity: Business Development / Lead Generation Intern
Location: Delhi
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: 10k/month
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential leads (startup founders, CXOs, decision-makers)
• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted outreach
• Execute cold outreach via:
o LinkedIn DMs
o Emails
o Cold calling
• Qualify leads based on business stage, need, and intent
• Book meetings for the core team
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM / sheets
• Continuously improve outreach scripts and messaging
What We’re Looking For
• Basic understanding of B2B sales / lead generation
• Familiarity with:
o LinkedIn Sales Navigator
o Cold calling / cold emailing
• Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
• Confidence to speak with founders / decision-makers
• Hustler mindset comfortable with targets and rejections
• Bonus: Experience with startups or sales internships
