Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, articulate, and self-motivated Sales Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for Keiretsu Forum Northwest, actively engaging with US-based entrepreneurs, founders, and business professionals. This is an incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in the venture capital and startup ecosystem while honing your premium B2B sales and outreach skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Engagement: Conduct professional outbound calling and email campaigns targeting US-based founders and entrepreneurs.
- Event Promotion: Confidently invite high-potential entrepreneurs to upcoming Masterclass and PitchForce events.
- Relationship Management: Maintain consistent, professional follow-ups with event attendees and potential participants to guide them through our ecosystem.
- Data & CRM Management: Work efficiently with curated call-down lists and log all interactions, follow-up statuses, and detailed notes accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Investor Relations (IR) team to align your outreach with broader organizational objectives.
- Reporting: Track your daily activities and provide basic progress updates and reports to leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Flawless Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, professional accent suitable for the US market.
- Executive Presence: Comfortable and confident speaking directly with high-level business professionals and startup founders.
- Core Sales Traits: Strong active listening, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and standard email etiquette.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital is highly preferred.
