Role Description for Sales Intern:
We are looking a Sales Intern (Experienced) who can actively contribute to business growth by generating leads, engaging with clients, and closing deals.
Location - Janakpuri, Delhi, India
Internship Duration - Two Months (Paid)
Experience – Required.
Job Requirements :
- More than 6 months of experience in sales, business development, or closing roles.
- Proven ability to convert leads into paying clients (calls, WhatsApp, or meetings).
- Strong experience in handling warm/inbound leads and closing deals.
- Demonstrated skills in objection handling, negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Understanding of sales funnel (lead → qualification → conversion).
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and revenue targets.
- Ability to maintain and manage lead pipelines / CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English preferred).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Skills & Requirements:
· Strong Negotiation Skills.
· Clear understanding of sales funnel (lead → qualify → close).
· Ability to understand client needs and pitch accordingly.

- Prior experience in closing roles (not just lead generation).
- Confidence in handling real client conversations independently.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Interest in influencer marketing, content performance, and digital campaigns.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.
· Detail-oriented, structured, and able to handle multiple campaigns at once.
