About RenderEaseRenderEase is building the conversion infrastructure layer for e-commerce using 3D, AR, configurators, and virtual photography.
We help brands:
- Increase conversions
- Reduce returns
- Sell with confidence using immersive product experiences
Role Objective (Read this carefully)
Your job is not to “do sales.”
Your job is to:
👉 Generate qualified conversations
👉 Convert them into product demos
👉 Support closing real paying clients
If you can’t bring intent, this role won’t work for you.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to D2C brands via:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- WhatsApp
- Cold calls
- Identify decision makers:
- Founders
- E-commerce heads
- Marketing heads
- Start conversations using custom messaging (not spam)
- Pitch RenderEase in a simple, outcome-driven way
- Book demos for the founding team
- Follow up relentlessly until you get:
- A “Yes”
- Or a clear “No.”
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and update daily
What We Expect (Non-Negotiable)
- Hunger to earn (this is performance-driven)
- Strong communication (clear, not fancy)
- Comfort with rejection (you will hear “no” a lot)
- Ability to think and adapt (not copy-paste scripts)
- Ownership mindset (no babysitting)
Who Should NOT Apply
- Looking for a “chill internship.”
- Afraid of talking to strangers
- Waiting for instructions for everything
- Focused only on stipend, not performance
Compensation
- Base stipend (minimal)
- High-performance incentives per qualified demo
- Additional incentives for closed deals
