Sales Intern - Lead Generation & Outbound Sales
This is a full time internship
Company: Fast-growing digital services company specializing in multi-channel lead generation
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to launch their sales career!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Cold Calling: Make calls to potential clients and qualify their interest
- LinkedIn Prospecting: Connect with prospects and send personalized messages
- Email Outreach: Create cold emails and follow up consistently
- Lead Research: Find target companies and decision-makers
- Keep Records: Log conversations in our CRM (we'll train you!)
- Chat with Prospects: Understand what they need and if we can help
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 6+ months of cold calling experience
- Multi-channel outreach experience (calls, LinkedIn, email)
- CRM familiarity
- Good English communication skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Resilient, you view rejection as learning, not setback
- Eager to learn and grow
Bonus: Hunter.io, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for prospecting and outreach
