We help brands grow using strategy, content, paid ads, branding and performance marketing. We are now expanding our sales team and are looking for driven individuals who want real exposure, real responsibility, and real earnings based on performance.
Role: Sales Intern (Incentive-Based)
This is a high-ownership, learning + earning internship for someone who wants to prove themselves in sales, business development and client acquisition.
You will:
- Identify potential clients who need digital marketing services
- Reach out to leads via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email or calls
- Understand client requirements and pitch our services
- Follow up and close deals with guidance from our team
- Maintain basic records of leads and conversions
Incentives- Attractive profit share per client closed
- No cap on earnings — your performance decides your income
Who Should Apply- Students / freshers interested in sales, marketing or entrepreneurship
- Confident communicators (English + Hindi preferred)
- Self-driven, consistent and willing to learn
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups and conversations
Commitment- 3 months minimum commitment
- 10–15 hours per week (flexible)
