๐ฏ Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Sales / Business Development Intern who can generate leads, initiate conversations, and help drive business growth.
This is a target-based role, ideal for someone who is hungry to learn sales and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
๐ง Key Responsibilities- Generate and manage qualified leads
- Reach out to prospects via calls, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Understand client requirements and pitch TDC services
- Schedule meetings and consultations
- Maintain a lead tracker / CRM
- Consistent follow-ups to move leads towards closure
๐ฏ Performance Expectations- Daily outreach activity (calls/messages)
- Weekly lead generation targets
- Meeting scheduling targets

๐ผ What Weโre Looking For- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in speaking with clients
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business growth
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn / digital platforms is a plus
