Sales Intern – B.Tech Mechanical
About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Intern to expand our Ansys business across industrial and institutional segments. The role focuses on consultative selling of Ansys solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth
· Identify and develop new business opportunities for Ansys.
· Target industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, R&D Labs, Consumer Products, and Education.
· Manage complete sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
· Maintain healthy pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Customer Engagement
· Interact with R&D Heads, Design Managers, Plant Heads, CTOs, and Procurement teams.
· Conduct technical discussions to understand prototyping and low-volume production requirements.
· Ensure systematic follow-up and lead conversion.
Product Demonstration & Solution Selling
· Present hardware, materials, and software portfolio.
· Conduct virtual and onsite demonstrations.
· Coordinate POCs and installations with technical teams.
Qualification & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma Mechanical.
· Strong presentation and communication skills.
· Willingness to travel for Technical demonstration, client meeting.
