Role Description:
The Sales Intern role at Weskill is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective students and institutional partners, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and social media, and presenting Weskill’s training programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential learners, answering inquiries, providing accurate information about courses, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process. The intern will assist in maintaining customer records, tracking leads, and updating the CRM system to ensure data accuracy. Additional tasks may include participating in marketing campaigns, attending events or campus drives, gathering feedback from learners, and collaborating with the training team to align sales messaging with program offerings.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with students and institutional stakeholders.
- Foundational Sales capabilities, including lead generation, consultative selling, and follow-up.
- Interest in Training and Sales Management concepts, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams to align offerings with learner needs.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, in a full-time capacity and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking systems) and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, learner-focused mindset.
- Current undergraduate student or recent graduate in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
