Roles and Responsibilities
- Support lead generation efforts through LinkedIn outreach, referrals, industry databases, and event research.
- Assist in identifying and researching target accounts such as 3PL providers, e-commerce warehouses, FMCG distributors, and manufacturing facilities.
- Help build and maintain the sales pipeline by updating lead details and tracking follow-ups.
- Coordinate and schedule product demos with prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing demo presentations and basic ROI comparisons.
- Support the sales team during Proof-of-Concept (POC) discussions and documentation.
- Conduct preliminary stakeholder research (warehouse managers, operations heads, finance teams) before meetings.
- Help prepare proposals, pricing summaries, and sales documentation.
- Assist in creating sales materials such as pitch decks, case studies, and basic ROI sheets.
- Maintain CRM records accurately, ensuring proper lead and opportunity tracking.
- Track key metrics such as outreach responses, meeting conversions, and pipeline movement.
- Collect competitor information and customer feedback to support strategy improvements.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Strong interest in B2B sales and enterprise business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and basic research.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Interest or exposure to logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or SaaS solutions is an added advantage.
