Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for the position of Sales Intern. The Sales Intern will assist the sales team by identifying potential customers, engaging with prospects, and supporting sales strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing customer queries, participating in training sessions, and contributing to overall sales growth. Regular interactions with the team and customers are essential to achieve business goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Training and interpersonal skills to adapt to sales techniques and receive feedback constructively.
- Proactive approach, ability to meet deadlines, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Prior internship or coursework in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
