Sales Intern (Outbound/Telesales) – High-Incentive Role
📍 [Remote] | 3-Month Tenure | 💰 ₹7,500 Base + 4% Uncapped Commission
We aren't looking for someone to shadow calls; we’re looking for a closer who wants to prove their worth. If you have 1–2 years of experience in the trenches of outbound sales or telesales, this is your chance to join a fast-scaling team with a direct path to a full-time role.
The Opportunity:
This is a 3-month intensive "Closing" internship. You get the stability of a base stipend and the massive upside of a performance-driven commission structure.
The Financials:
- Monthly Stipend: ₹7,500 (Fixed)
- Performance Incentive: 4% Commission on every sale closed.
- Total Earning Potential: High-performers can significantly exceed their base through uncapped incentives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Outbound Cold Calling: Engaging high-intent leads and navigating gatekeepers.
- Consultative Selling: Understanding pain points and positioning our solution effectively.
- Pipeline Management: Owning the lead lifecycle from first touch to "Closed-Won."
- Collaborating: Working directly with the Founders/Sales Head to refine the 2026 growth playbook.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: Open to Freshers & Experienced. While 1–2 years in Telesales is a plus, we value your drive and 'urge to sell' above all. If you’re a natural communicator, come join us!
- Resilience: You view "No" as the start of the conversation.
- Efficiency: High volume doesn’t scare you; you know how to manage a dialer and a CRM.
