Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Intern. The Sales Intern will support the sales team by identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach, and assisting with follow-ups via email, calls, and social channels. Daily tasks include managing leads in CRM tools, preparing sales materials, and helping coordinate demos or introductory meetings with potential partners and customers. The role also involves gathering feedback from prospects, supporting customer inquiries, and collaborating with marketing and operations to refine messaging and outreach strategies. The Sales Intern will learn and apply sales best practices while contributing to the growth of TFR’s client base.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with prospects and clients.
- Foundational Sales skills with an interest in developing Sales Management capabilities over time.
- Ability to learn and apply Training received from senior team members and follow structured sales processes.
- Basic technical proficiency with online communication tools, CRM or spreadsheets, and remote collaboration platforms.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in digital media, startups, PR, or entrepreneurship is highly beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
