Role Description
This is an on-site internship role located in Mumbai for a Sales Intern. The Sales Intern will be responsible for supporting sales operations, interacting with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in managing sales pipelines. Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and ability to support Training efforts
- Interest and potential in Sales and Sales Management activities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or related tools
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant field of study such as Business, Marketing, or related discipline
