Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Intern role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The intern will be responsible for supporting the sales team by identifying potential customers, managing interactions, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with sales initiatives, customer follow-ups, and maintaining relationships with clients. Additionally, the intern will contribute to training activities and help in crafting strategies for effective sales management.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build meaningful relationships with clients
- Sales and Sales Management skills to contribute to sales initiatives and maintain efficient processes
- Ability to participate in and assist with Training programs to enhance team performance
- Enthusiasm for learning and a keen interest in sales and customer engagement
- Proactive approach, strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Pursuit of or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
