The Role
This is a full-cycle sales internship. You will own the lead from the moment it arrives — calling inbound enquiries from our ad campaigns, qualifying them, building the relationship, and converting them into confirmed site visits and demos. You will also support the senior team on-site when needed.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
You are not cold-calling strangers. Every lead has already shown interest — they clicked
an ad, filled a form, or requested information. Your job is to convert that interest into a meeting.
What You Will Do
LEAD CALLING & QUALIFICATION
Call all inbound leads from our Meta and Google campaigns — same day where possible
Understand the prospect's property and pain points before pitching anything
Handle pricing objections, competitor comparisons, and timing hesitations
Re-engage leads that have gone quiet and maintain the CRM after every interaction
DEMO & SITE VISIT SUPPORT
Book confirmed site visits with RWA committees, facility managers, and building operators
Brief the senior team before each visit and attend demos when required
Follow up after site visits to maintain momentum and move decisions forward
SALES ENABLEMENT
Attend weekly sales syncs and share observations from the field
Contribute to improving call scripts and follow-up sequences based on real conversations
Report which ad messages generate the most receptive leads back to the team
What We Are Looking For
NON-NEGOTIABLE
Fluent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada — you will be speaking to RWA committees and facility managers across Bangalore
Comfortable on the phone — this is a calling role first, everything else second
Organised enough to manage 50+ active leads simultaneously without dropping anything
Able to handle rejection without losing momentum, and coachable enough to act on feedback
GOOD TO HAVE
Any prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer-facing roles — even informal
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar
Basic understanding of how Meta or Google lead generation works
Knowledge of how apartment associations and RWAs operate in Bangalore
