🧾 Job Description:
SkySolar Private Limited is looking for highly driven and self-motivated individuals to join us as Sales Interns.
This is not a conventional internship — it’s an opportunity for individuals who are confident, action-oriented, and ready to build a career in the fast-growing solar industry.
As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for:
• Generating and managing leads for solar projects
• Meeting potential customers and explaining solar solutions
• Coordinating with the internal team for proposals and closures
• Converting prospects into successful project deals
• Maintaining follow-ups and client relationships.

• Self-driven, target-oriented personalities
• People who are willing to work in the field and meet clients
• Those who believe in performance-based earnings
• Not suitable for candidates looking for fixed/comfortable role.
Compensation & Benefits:
• 3–5% Commission per Project
• Commission payout within 48 hours of deal closure
• Travel / Daily Allowance for client meetings

→ Permanent role with ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA fixed salary
• After 20 Project Closures:
