Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Intern role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Sales Intern will support the company in driving sales growth through activities such as identifying potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and assisting in the preparation of sales proposals. The role also includes learning and participating in customer service initiatives, as well as receiving training in sales and product knowledge to support the sales team's objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to actively engage with clients and address their queries effectively.
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and Sales Management to support business growth and customer acquisition.
- Eagerness to learn through practical experience, including comprehensive sales and product training.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute ideas for improving sales strategies and customer experience.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
