About the Company

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Intern who can communicate effectively with teachers, schools, and educational institutions. This role is ideal for someone interested in business development, partnerships, negotiations, and high-ticket sales in the education sector.
Responsibilities
- Engage with teachers and schools to convert leads into paid users and institutional partnerships
- Conduct product walkthroughs, meetings, and high-value sales conversations
- Build relationships with educators, school leaders, and institutional partners
- Support partnerships, workshops, fairs, and outreach initiatives
- Work closely with the founders on sales strategy, execution, and business growth
Qualifications
- Someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Hindi and English
Required Skills
- Comfortable with meetings, networking, and relationship building
- Confident, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Pay range and compensation package
Stipend: Up to ₹15,000 (depending on the interview) + Performance Based Incentives & Sales Commission Incentives: Earn up to ₹1,00,000 through sales incentives
