Role Description The Sales Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kullu. The Sales Intern will support the sales team by engaging with prospective and existing clients, explaining RBP FINIVIS services such as forex exchange, international remittance, forex cards, travel insurance, and education loan assistance. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with customer inquiries, preparing basic service proposals, maintaining client records, and following up on leads under the guidance of senior team members. The intern will help in organizing product demonstrations, participating in local outreach or client meetings, and gathering feedback to improve service delivery. The role involves learning sales processes, understanding regulatory requirements relevant to customer interactions, and contributing to a professional and compliant customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients clearly, professionally, and respectfully.
- Interest in Sales and basic Sales Management concepts, with the ability to support lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Ability to participate in Training and quickly learn product features, regulatory guidelines, and internal processes.
- Good interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Basic understanding or interest in financial services, foreign exchange, or banking will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Strong ethical orientation, attention to detail, and willingness to follow regulatory and company guidelines.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
