Position Overview
As a Partnerships & Research Intern at QYUBIC, you will support the growth team in identifying, qualifying, and building a robust pipeline of potential brand partners. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who enjoys market mapping and data-driven research. You will gain practical exposure to B2B lead generation strategies and play a vital role in expanding QYUBIC’s presence across the UAE, KSA, and other high-growth MENA markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Mapping: Research and identify relevant retail brands and companies across target industries in the MENA region.
- Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn and professional research tools to extract accurate contact details of key decision-makers (POCs).
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain and organize lead data within spreadsheets or CRM tools, ensuring 100% accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
- Outreach Support: Assist in building structured outreach lists for strategic sales campaigns and partnership initiatives.
- Industry Analysis: Monitor e-commerce trends and competitor activities to identify high-volume, high-intent brand prospects.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all gathered data follows QYUBIC’s internal terminology and categorization standards.
Learning and Development Opportunities
- Gain practical exposure to B2B lead generation, market research, and regional Partnerships strategies.
- Work closely with experienced sales and performance marketing professionals in a structured, high-growth environment.
- Develop an understanding of how data-driven outreach contributes to website growth, brand authority, and market share.
- Receive a Letter of Recommendation or an Experience Certificate upon successful completion of the internship.
Required Skills
- Analytical Research: Strong ability to navigate professional networks and digital tools to find specific, high-quality information.
- Data Literacy: High proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel with an emphasis on data organization and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills and a professional tone for internal collaboration.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Familiarity: Prior experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ahrefs, or CRM platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
- Market Interest: A basic understanding of the e-commerce landscape, coupon platforms, or the MENA retail market is considered a plus.
