Key Responsibilities:
Engage with assigned leads through calls and follow-ups
• Support sales activities during online and oine events
• Maintain and update lead activities in CRM
• Coordinate with senior sales team members
• Prepare and maintain basic sales reports

• Exposure to real business scenarios and business acumen
• Understanding of sales funnel, conversion metrics, and CVR
