Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Intern based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in client outreach, lead generation, and customer relationship management. Day-to-day tasks will include assisting in sales presentations, providing exceptional customer service, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals. Additionally, the intern may contribute to training sessions and gain hands-on experience in sales management processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management to support business goals and drive revenue
- Ability to assist in Training initiatives to align efforts with team objectives
- Self-driven with the ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment, demonstrating time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and a passion for the tech industry are an added advantage
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
