Penguin is a fast-growing B2B footwear brand offering premium-quality design clogs at competitive pricing. With 100+ retailers onboarded within 2 months of launch, we are scaling aggressively across India.
Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and driven Sales Intern who can connect with potential retailers over calls, build relationships, and convert leads into orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with B2B leads (retailers, wholesalers)
- Pitch Penguin products and explain value proposition clearly
- Handle objections and close sales effectively
- Maintain lead data and update status regularly
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat orders
- Coordinate with team for order processing and dispatch
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confidence in speaking on calls and handling clients
- Sales mindset with a hunger to close deals
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp/business communication
- Prior sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
