Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Intern at Patchifi. The Sales Intern will assist in identifying and cultivating client relationships, managing customer communications, and supporting the sales team in reaching their targets. Responsibilities will also include handling customer inquiries, providing product training support, and participating in meetings and initiatives to improve sales performance. The successful candidate will gain firsthand experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment within a growing tech company focused on security solutions for modern enterprises.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and clearly.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and the capacity to foster positive client relationships.
- Knowledge or experience in Sales processes with a passion for achieving growth and meeting objectives.
- Ability to support Training initiatives and contribute to Sales Management efforts.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills for managing responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Interest or background in technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS is an added advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
