Role Description This full-time on-site Sales Intern role is based in Sadar and supports the sales and business development activities of PBPL. The Sales Intern will assist in identifying potential clients, gathering project requirements, and preparing basic sales materials and presentations under the guidance of senior team members. Daily tasks include engaging with prospects and existing clients, documenting inquiries, coordinating with technical and project teams, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems or spreadsheets. The role also involves learning PBPL’s service offerings, participating in training sessions, supporting customer visits or site meetings, and contributing to customer follow-ups to help ensure a smooth sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Interest in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to support lead generation, follow-ups, and basic reporting.
- Willingness to learn and participate in Training related to construction, interiors, and PBPL’s integrated services.
- Basic understanding of or interest in civil construction, interiors, or engineering services is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Sadar, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for preparing presentations, reports, and maintaining data.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
