Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Intern at Nector.io. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via email, social channels, and calls, and scheduling product demos for senior sales colleagues. The role includes assisting in preparing sales materials, updating CRM records, and tracking prospect interactions. The Sales Intern will help respond to inbound inquiries, collaborate with customer success and marketing teams, and participate in regular training to build product knowledge and sales skills. The position offers hands-on experience in SaaS sales and exposure to the e-commerce and loyalty technology landscape.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and support a positive experience.
- Foundational Sales skills, including lead qualification and outreach, with an interest in developing Sales Management capabilities over time.
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn modern SaaS sales practices.
- Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, and online meeting software.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a distributed team.
- Interest in e-commerce, SaaS products, and customer loyalty or retention strategies is a plus.
