Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role located in Noida. As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for conducting outreach to prospective students, nurturing leads, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, coordinating between different teams, and participating in training sessions to enhance your skills. You will play a key role in building trusted relationships with students and assisting them in making informed decisions about their education.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with prospective students and address their queries.
- Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management practices, with the ability to meet goals and contribute to team success.
- Eagerness to learn and participate in Training programs to build knowledge and skills relevant to the education and sales sector.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
