Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Intern for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The Sales Intern will assist in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and promoting LearningShala’s services to prospective students. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized consultations, and supporting the customer service and sales teams to achieve targets. The intern will also contribute to training sessions and share feedback to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Ability to drive Sales and support Sales Management activities
- Experience or interest in Training and coaching within a team environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment
- Enthusiasm for helping students achieve their educational and career goals
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
