We are looking for Business Development Executives / Sales Executives to convert company-provided leads into successful clients for our website and software development solutions.
This role is 100% remote and designed for individuals who are confident in communication, enjoy closing deals, and want to earn more through performance.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Work on qualified leads provided by the company
Connect with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT solutions
Close deals for website development, software development, and IT services
Maintain follow-ups and ensure smooth lead conversion
Update lead status and sales progress regularly
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly conversion targets
Coordinate with internal technical teams post-closure
