AI Admission Assistant, an AI-powered platform, empowers coaching institutes to streamline and optimize their admission inquiry processes. By automating the initial stages of inquiry management, the platform enables institutes to instantly respond to inquiries, automate follow-ups, and organize leads, resulting in improved inquiry-to-admission conversion rates. Designed to save time for institute owners and admission teams, AI Admission Assistant allows educators to focus on teaching while managing routine communication efficiently. Currently, the platform is being piloted with select coaching institutes in its early access program.
Role Description
This on-site internship role as a Sales Intern is based in India and offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of AI Admission Assistant. The intern will assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and supporting the sales process. Core tasks include conducting market research, providing product training and demonstrations, managing inquiries, and enhancing customer experiences to drive admissions.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Sales techniques and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Experience in Sales Management and providing Training to users
- Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
