Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Intern will support the sales pipeline by researching potential customers, qualifying leads, and assisting in outreach through calls, emails, and meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing sales materials and reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth follow-up and onboarding. The role involves interacting with prospective clients to understand their needs, answering basic product or service questions, and escalating more complex inquiries to senior team members. The Sales Intern will also participate in training sessions, shadow experienced sales professionals, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and listen actively.
- Foundational Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and basic pipeline management.
- Interest or exposure in Training and Sales Management concepts, with a willingness to learn from structured coaching.
- High level of motivation, professionalism, and comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon and manage time effectively across multiple tasks.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and familiarity with CRM or sales software is a plus.
