• Stipend: ₹25,000 per month
• Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance evaluation
• Full-Time CTC: ₹4,20,000 per annum + Incentives
About the Role
IIM Skills is seeking dynamic and performance-driven individuals for the role of Sales Intern. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sales processes, client engagement, and revenue generation, with a strong emphasis on achieving targets and conversions.
Eligibility Criteria
• Candidates currently pursuing graduation through open learning institutions (e.g., SOL), as well as candidates who have completed their graduation in 2025 or 2026, are eligible to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented mindset with an interest in sales
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective clients and present course offerings effectively
• Manage inbound and outbound leads and drive conversions
• Conduct follow-ups to close sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets
