Role Description
This is an on-site internship role located in Gurugram for a Sales Intern. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team, assisting in outreach to potential clients, managing customer inquiries, building client relationships, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. The intern will also be involved in providing exceptional customer service and collaborating on training and development initiatives for the sales team.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address inquiries.
- Sales and Sales Management skills to support outreach initiatives, close deals, and contribute to developing strategies.
- Training skills to assist in onboarding and coaching team members as required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and support team objectives.
- Proficiency in understanding consumer behavior and market trends is a plus.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.
