Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Intern located in New Delhi. As a Sales Intern, you will support the sales team by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, understanding customer requirements, and effectively communicating product or service value propositions. The role will also include assisting in sales presentations, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to sales strategies. Training will be provided to ensure you develop essential skills and gain hands-on experience in sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
- Understanding of Sales and Sales Management fundamentals, including lead generation, client acquisition, and handling sales pipelines
- Capacity to support Training initiatives and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a flexible approach to handling multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
