Role Description The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach, and nurturing relationships within the investment and financial services ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, preparing sales materials and presentations, maintaining and updating CRM records, and coordinating follow-ups with potential and existing clients. The intern will help respond to inquiries, support customer service activities, and participate in internal training to understand the firm’s products, market positioning, and sales processes. This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a combination of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess core Sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and basic negotiation capabilities.
- Candidates should possess an interest or foundational skills in Training and Sales Management, with the ability to support team processes and sales reporting.
- Relevant skills such as basic knowledge of financial markets or investment products, proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems), and strong organizational abilities are beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred; prior internship experience in sales or financial services is an advantage.
