About Freshskills
Freshskills is a career-focused training platform helping students and graduates become job-ready through resume preparation, interview training, and placement assistance.
We are looking for driven and ambitious Sales & Marketing Interns who want real-world exposure to EdTech sales, candidate consulting, and lead conversion.
Responsibilities
Week 1 – Candidate Sourcing
- Source potential candidate resumes from LinkedIn, job portals, and student communities.
- Identify students or graduates who are actively looking for jobs.
Week 2 Onwards – Lead Conversion
- Handle leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Contact candidates via WhatsApp or phone.
- Explain Freshskills programs and guide them toward enrollment.
- Address candidate queries and close enrollments.

Freshskills offers career support programs including:
• Resume Preparation
• Resume + Interview Preparation
• Placement Assistance Program
Monthly Target
- Resume Preparation: 5 Enrollments
- Resume and Interview Prepration: 5 Enrollments
- Placement Assistance: 5 Enrollments
Total Target: 15 enrollments per month
Stipend Structure
• ₹5,000 stipend upon achieving the monthly target
• If the target is not achieved, interns will receive 10% commission on the revenue they generate
