Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Intern, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Intern will assist in identifying potential customers, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team in daily operations. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating sales databases, preparing presentations and sales reports, and participating in client meetings. The intern will also assist in managing sales leads, following up with prospects, and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles, along with a proven ability to generate and qualify leads
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools
- Analytical and research skills to gather, interpret, and present market data effectively
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on challenges
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior internship or experience in a sales or marketing role is a plus
